More Puddles...

It rained again, last night.  Another quarter inch.
I like it.

We had several of these guys out in the back.  Looking for that early worm?

I was going to dig in the new Driveway Bed today.  But, now it's too muddy.
It'll have to wait.  That's ok...we need all the rain we can get.

So, I played around with some photos and posted on
my photo blog.  It's fun to play with pixels.

The sun's out now.   It won't be long before the soil will be dry enough to dig.
All kinds of fun things to do.

Hope you're having fun where you are.

Happy Gardening...

  1. I'm so grateful for the rain. I know we have a long way to go to make up for the lack of it this past summer. Your photos are beautiful!! Love the one of the Robin. Your pixel photo is lovely as well.

  2. We got more rain as well. The robins are going crazy at my place. Watching them is lots of fun. All this rain must be bringing up the worms to the surface.

  3. More rain coming, hurrah! Late yesterday afternoon, I was out in the garden when the robins started flying over, round and round. All I could hear was the wind in their wings - it was so very cool!

  4. We had tons of robins here, yesterday. I was counting and got up to 25, before something spooked them and they flew off.
Then a flock of cedar waxwings came through.
These all say Spring, to me. Could it be here, already?
