For a lot of great bloggers out there, 300 posts isn't much.
But, for Patchwork Garden, it's a milestone.
Anyone who really knows me, knows that I always have plenty to say.
But, having something to say that someone wants to hear....that's the trick.
It helps to live in a place that provides lots of subjects to talk about.
So, I'll keep on trying to keep your attention.
Hmmmm....what to talk about next?
Thanks for helping to keep me going.
300 posts.
And, still going....
Happy Gardening...
~~Linda~~
Hey, that's a LOT in anyone's book! Congratulations on 300 and here's to many more future posts in the years to come.
ReplyDeleteBTW: I can't believe you got so close to a fawn. Do they come up to you out of curiosity? Beautiful!
And...I love your puppy garden helper. Too cute.
Happy Blogging!

Hi, David....I have to admit, that fawn photo is with a zoom. They're more skittish than their mommas. But, we can get pretty close. The deer here are fearless....ugh
DeleteAnd, the garden helper is in trouble most of the time...stomping on plants, while she chases squirrels.
Challenges....

DeleteAfter the summer of 2011, it's worth celebrating such an accomplishment ... for a while there, it looked like we wouldn't have anything to blog ABOUT!
ReplyDeleteHi, Cindy...Yes...last summer was the 'Summer from Hell'. Things are looking dry again, too. I think you got some rain last weekend, though. Lucky you!
DeleteCongratulations, Linda and I look forward to the next 300, at least.
ReplyDeleteIs that a nolina behind your birdbath? It is stunning.
The fawn is adorable, but that hummingbird takes the prize for me. Thanks.
Hi, Sandy....That's a yucca rostrada behind the birdbath. I really like the light through it.
DeleteCongrats on 300 posts! and yes you do have great subjects, deer, birds, pets . . . so nice!
ReplyDeleteChampagne for everybody! Three hundred posts is a remarkable accomplishment and I am glad you pointed it out so we can all celebrate with you. That sort of unselfish behavior is part of what keeps this such a rewarding spot to visit. Add in the really carefully curated photos and thoughtful prose? Wins all around. Kudos to you Ms. Linda. I'm already looking forward to the next 300 posts!
