We got rained on pretty good on Saturday. I was totally caught by surprise, like when you get one of those chocolates you don't really like very much. Texas weather keeps us on our toes. We still haven't dried out since those last 8 inches fell. Are ya'll dried out yet?
Not completely dried out, yet. We get almost there, and it rains again. I don't want to whine about too much rain, after all the drought. But, it would be nice to be able to work the veggie bed, without all that mud. Now, a freeze on the way. :(
Oh I know what you mean about the weather...when I lived in Texas the saying was "you can be knee-deep in mud with sand blowing in your face."...but it's the same here in Chicago-land. You just never know what the day will bring. Love those pink Texas skies!!

Welcome to this patchwork of gardens, birds, and critters....friends and family....among the deer and limestone. Thanks for stopping by.
Hi Linda! What beautiful views you have there! Have a great weekend!
