You gotta love Texas weather.
Air conditioner on one day....heater the next.
It was 31F here this morning.
A light frost on the golf course, catching the morning light.
Maybe because there are still lots of leaves on the trees, I didn't find much frost damage.
Not to worry.....it's supposed to be mid 80s by mid-week.
If you don't like the weather in Texas...just wait a minute. It'll change.

That's quite the change - it reminds me of October in Denver, except in Denver, it would snow, too! Abq a little milder thankfully. A tree canopy really helps some things.
ReplyDeleteSo very true. For a couple of days it was FINALLY cold. No sandals and I got to wear a light sweater during the day... but even now I can feel those warmer temps returning all too soon. I loooved that fall weather while it lasted.

Your weather is kinda like ours here in algoma wisconsin. We live by Lake Michigan and its so unpredictable! It looks like you live in a beautiful area though.
ReplyDeleteThis change is welcome with open arms! I've been buying plants faster than I can get them in the ground! Been watching the Sandy coverage...looks pretty bad. Hard to believe that storm was 1,000 miles wide. Dang.
